I’m a clothing obsessed goofball. I was born with a point of view on my personal style and have been most empowered when my clothes reflect my current self.
I’d be lying if I didn’t acknowledge there were times in my life where I dressed to fit in, but after decades of reinventing myself, I’ve found that my best self is my authentic self.
After all, why would anyone want to look like everyone else? That’s boring.
I’ve walked away from trends in favor of wearing what I like and is comfortable.
My goal with this blog is to open eyes to new brands, designs, and creatives to inspire each person to find, create, and rock their own style.

Why I created this blog
My obsession with clothes led me to an education and career in fashion and retail.
I have three degrees, an undergraduate and graduate in Clothing & Textiles, as well as an MBA. Pair that with experience designing products, merchandising them, and building tools to sell them, and I’ve learned a lot that I want to share.
My passion also led me to write a book about recent shifts in the direction of women’s fashion. Spoiler alert, leggings were the catalyst.
